As a Creative Strategist, I bring a unique perspective to both boardrooms and corporate teams, rooted in my personal journey with Dyslexia and my professional experience across a variety of sectors. My approach is all about leveraging neurodiversity to uncover innovative solutions and create inclusive workplaces.

Having served on numerous boards, I've honed my ability to navigate dynamics and inspire new ways of thinking. My insights help organizations not just meet their goals but exceed them by tapping into the often overlooked strengths of neurodiverse individuals.     • Focuses: Lead of marketing strategy

      • I spearheaded the marketing strategy, enhancing media outreach and promotional efforts. I played a crucial role in developing programs and organizing fundraising events, which supported the organization's goals and expanded its reach.

  • Advisor to the Development Committee (Southport, CT) 2015-2019

    • Focuses: Building Campaign Committee, Annual Fundraiser Committee

      • As an Advisor to the Development Committee, I provided strategic guidance to craft effective fundraising strategies. My efforts contributed to the school's mission and growth by contributing successful building campaigns and annual fundraising events that engaged the community and increased support.

  • Board Member (Washington, DC) 2008-2018

    • Focuses: Development Committee, created the Alumni Association 

      • I played a pivotal role in advancing the school's mission through strategic fundraising initiatives with the Development Committee. By establishing the Alumni Association, I fostered a strong, supportive network of former students and led efforts to raise funds for the new high school, including organizing live auctions and other creative fundraising methods.
